Sage was born and raised in Huntsville, AL and attended the University of Alabama. In his final year of school, Sage worked for Mayor Tommy Battle on his gubernatorial campaign and served as an ambassador for the Huntsville Chamber of Commerce. From there, Sage joined Northwestern Mutual as an insurance broker and obtained his Series 6 license.  Outside of work, Sage is an avid fundraiser for the United Mitochondrial Disease Foundation. In his free time, he enjoys anything outdoors, cheering on the Crimson Tide, and spending time with his young niece.
